The Levelness Lens

Having experienced Distinctness . We move to resolve the inner conflict. We aim to reconcile with ourselves, and as a result become authentic. Once we accumulated more experience power resources we begin to level with others.  leveling is understanding that we are equal to others, despite occupying different positions.

The levelness lens sees leaders are individuals managing authority positions. Their intentions are to protect safety and delegate responsibility to others to help them mature. Hebrews 13:17  “ obey your leaders and submit to them where they keep watch over your souls as those who will give an account. ”.

 Levelness would not be possible without becoming free and responsible. When we submit to leaders we submit to their position and not to them as individuals. Another important point is that submission is done by giving up some of the freedom we have gained. we don’t submit you to see of punishment or loss of benefits. We submit to receive new responsibility to grow and serving others .

The person who uses the levelness lens to, honors others, and at the same time, confronts them for their violations. He perceives the value of himself equal to the value of others, regardless of their position, gender, qualifications. the level person is wholehearted listener. giving the speaker enough time, attention and empahty.

 He is also excellent dialogue partner. He sees the treasure in every one, and comprehend that dialogue is when the treasure in unearthed. Freedom and equality dominates his exchanges. He looks to enrich others and be enriched by them .

About me

I am a doctor and an overcomer. I prevailed over emotional immaturity and brokenness. I believe in the power of relationships with God and trustworthy others, to experience growth, healing and maturity.
A relationship is a two-way interaction. Each party bears responsibility for his own intention and attitude. We ought to conduct ourselves through a Christ like attitude. For then, our interactions become the salt and light for others.
